Design Education
Lisa is the founding Director of SilverHub Studios. Founded in 2007, it is where she teaches jewellery design education courses. As a qualified educator, the courses at SilverHub enable students to discover their creative abilities and talents through the act of making.

Foundation Course
In 2018, alongside her colleague Jessica Howarth, Lisa designed the SilverHub One Year Foundation Course. This dynamic course encourages students to explore and engage with a range of traditional silversmithing techniques as well as artistic and design methods. Through these approaches, this course enables students to find their creative voice whilst encouraging them to explore and express themselves and ultimately creating meaningful and unique jewellery.
The success of this course has resulted in students being accepted to Jewellery Design HND courses at Fife College and Glasgow College, Degree courses at Glasgow School of Art, Dundee College of Art and Master’s Degree courses at Sheffield Hallam University and Birmingham School of Jewellery.
